This project is personally funded, so it comes with a few thoughtful conditions to make sure every taka goes exactly where it helps the most. Each member receives a different amount of funding, decided by three things: their education level (a college student needs more than a primary student), their father and mother's income, and their own activities and effort. The funding amount is a private matter between the fund and each family. It cannot be disclosed to others — not to cousins, not to neighbors, not to friends. Each family prepares and submits a report every quarter. It has 4 major parts, because we care about the whole child — not just their marks. How is the child performing in school? The report should include their class position or rank, recent exam results, attendance, and — most importantly — what they are doing to improve. The fund cannot be used for school dress or any other kind of dress cost. Clothing remains the family's own responsibility — the fund stays focused on learning. ফান্ড স্কুল ড্রেস বা কোনো ধরনের পোশাকের খরচে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। পোশাক পরিবারের নিজস্ব দায়িত্ব — ফান্ড থাকবে শুধুই শেখার কাজে।
If funds remain at the end of the month, they must be saved, not spent. If a family needs more than the usual amount, they simply explain why — genuine needs are always heard. মাস শেষে ফান্ডের টাকা বেঁচে গেলে তা খরচ না করে জমা রাখতে হবে। কোনো পরিবারের স্বাভাবিকের চেয়ে বেশি প্রয়োজন হলে শুধু কারণটি ব্যাখ্যা করতে হবে — প্রকৃত প্রয়োজন সবসময় শোনা হবে।
Tuition given at home by parents or relatives is a gift of love, not an expense — it will not be counted by the fund.
